Rochfer in the "Quality in Work SESI Award"
The "Quality in Work SESI Award" was created in 1996, to honor companies (micro, small and big) that establish programs of improvement of life quality in the work place and that practice social responsibility. The companies are appraised in different aspects, as administration, health, safety, environment, education, leisure and culture and social responsibility. The winning companies were selected among 1051 subscribed companies. Besides they dispute the prize nationally, them also compete regionally.

ROCHFER was in 5th place, among 15 companies of the State of São Paulo, in the "Quality in Work SESI Award 2004" in the category small company.

In September, a commission of Sesi visited Rochfer. One of the aspects that more they pleased Sesi were the relative ones the politics of health and safety in the work, understanding educational and preventive actions, exams annual periodic appropriate conditions in the work atmosphere, among others.
